The Annual General Meeting of Naomh Padraig CLG will take place on Wednesday 2nd December 2009 in the Parish Centre on Chapel Hill the meeting shall commence at 7.30pm.
All nominations for positions on the Executive Committee and motions for discussion at the meeting must be returned to Barry Marshall no later than Sunday 29th November. In accordance with the club constitution any nominations / motions received after this date shall not be considered.
Please note that only full club members can be nominated for these positions and that it is good practice to first seek the approval of someone before putting their name forward.
Also note that motions for consideration are normally matters that require a change to general club policy, any other matters can be put before a meeting of the executive committee for consideration.
It is vital that all club members take the time to attend AGM. This is your club and it is your opportunity to have a say in the selection of those officers chosen to govern the club.
